Delivery and Shipping

ATTENTION: Processing and Shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19. 

Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed. After your order has been processed, it will then be shipped out and delivered within 2-4 weeks. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday morning.

Once your order has been processed, your order will be shipped and you will receive confirmation of this as well as your tracking information via email.

When checking out items in your cart, you will be provided with real time shipping costs and durations based on your order quantity and shipping destination.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. Sock Align is not responsible for lost orders where incorrect shipping information has been provided. 

International Customs & Duties

For international orders, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.
