I use these every time I wear closed in shoes and it helps with the rubbing together of a couple of sore toes rubbing together. At first they were a little different to get used to putting on but after two or three times it is very easy. They are very thin and wish they were a tad thicker but still would buy them again. Also would like them a little lower in the heel area because they stick out above your sneakers. I just push them down to hide them from showing.
